Know all men by these presents that I Sim Peters of Hebron in the County of Tolland widow of Cesar Peters late of sd Hebron Deceased for divers good cause & considerations thereunto moving _____ to me of the land &buildings hereafter described & of even date herewith received to my full satisfaction of Henry Peters afore said have by virtue of a power given me in & by the last will & testament of the sd Cesar Dec’d & in pursuance of his will ___ released & forever quite claim & do by these presents for myself & my heirs justly & absolutely remiss release & forever quit claim unto the sd Henry Peters & to his heirs & assigns forever all such right & title as I the sd Sim Peters have or ought to have in or to one certain tract of land lying in sd Hebron & bounded N & E by highways :S & W by land in the tenure of the widow & heirs of David Owen Deceased containing about 2 acres with a dwelling house & barn there on : It being all the real estate my husband the Sd Cesar Peters did possess of & which he gave to me by will during widowhood with power of disposing of the same to someone of his children the Sd Henry being one of his children – To have and to hold the premises to him the sd Henry his heirs & assigns to the only use & behoof of the sd Henry his heirs & assigns forever so that neither I the sd Sim nor any other person under me or Sd Cesar or in his or my name & behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof but they & every of them shall by these presents be excluded & forever bound
In witness where of I have herewith set my hand & seal this 25th day of De at 8 o’clock in the evening of sd Day A.D. 1814

Know all men by these presents that I Henry Peters of Hebron in the County of Tolland for the consideration of a Deed of even date herewith to me executed and delivered by my mother Sim Peters of Sd. Hebron of the land hereafter described Do demise & let to her the sd Sim one certain tract of land in sd Hebron bounded E& N by highway S&W by land in tenure of the widow & heirs of David Owen deceased containing about 2 acres & a dwelling house & barn there in being all the real estate my father Cesar Peters did possessed of : To have & to hold the above described premises unto her the sd Sim Peters so long as shall remain single without any __ or hinderance from me or anyone Claiming from by or under me & without any account for rents or profit & the whole ___ I profit shall belong to her during her widowhood she keeping the premises in tenantable repair & paying taxes arising thereon.

5-21--1833 Mortgage Deed
To all People to whom these Presents come – Greeting
Know ye that I Henry Peters of Chatham in the county of Middlesex for the consideration of one hundred and eighty dollars received to my full satisfaction of Benjm Bliss of Hebron Hebron, Tolland County
Do give, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Benjm a certain piece of land in said Hebron, bounded as Follows North on Highway leading from Reuben Mann to Sd Bliss, East on Highway leading from Hebron to Andover, South & West on land belonging to David Owen’s Heirs, Containg about two and half acres more or less with the Buildings: and is the same place that formerly belong to Cesar Peters Late of Hebron Decd.
To have and to hold, the above granted and bargained premises unto him the said Bliss, his heirs and assigns for ever to his and their own proper use and behoof, And also I, the said Henry
do for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators covenant with said Bliss his heirs, assigns, that at, and until the ensealing of these presents, I am well seized of the premises, as a good and indefeasible estate in fee simple, and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written, and that the same is free from all incumbrances whatsoever.
And furthermore, I the said Henry Peters do by these presents, bind myself and my heirs forever to warrant and defend the above granted and bargained premises to him the said Bliss his heirs and assigns, against all claims and demands whatsoever.
